How do I register my property?
You need to complete the registration form. You can get to it from the Home Page or from the Owners page, or use this link. Just click on the link and you will be taken to the form. It is very easy to complete. You will be asked for your e-mail address and a password.
Please remember your password as you will need it if you want to edit your details subsequently.
What does it cost?
Our prices are the most reasonable you will find. £35 gets your first property listed on the site for a full year. A second or third property cost just £20 each. If you have four or more contact us for a special deal. Alternatively, you can have one property listed for two years for just £55, with two properties for two years costing just £85, and three £100.
What if I have more than one property?
You can advertise as many properties as you wish. However our initial registration form will just let you add the details of one property. The remaining properties can be added by logging in with the user name and password you create during the registration process.
Can I add photographs?
Of course! You can add up to four photographs for each property. The photos are easy to put on yourself if you have photos already on file in JPEG image format (max filesize 100kb and 430 pixels image width). Or you can add them later by logging on to our Owners area with your e-mail address and registration password.
How do I edit my details?
Once you have registered you can edit your details at any time. Just go to the Owners page and enter your e-mail and password.
You can then change anything you wish - add new photographs or delete old ones, write a new description for your property, update your contact information or manage your booking calendar.
How do I pay?
Your payment will be processed online by Worldpay. Once you have completed the registration form you will be asked to confirm that you have read our terms and conditions. When you click to "Continue" your advert is registered, and you are taken to a confirmation screen where you will find a button to take you to WorldPays secure server.
Our prices are in Pound Stirling, but you can pay with debit/credit cards from any country. Your card issuer / bank will convert the Stirling amount into your local currency using current exchange rates.
How do potential renters contact me?
We ask for contact details when you register. Your name and e-mail address are published together with your advert. If someone wants to rent your property they click on "Contact the Owner", which gives them a form which is used to send an e-mail to you (they do not see your address at this stage). All arrangements are then made between you and the holiday-maker.
You can update your contact details at any time by accessing the Owners area of our site.
